If you have inquiries or encounter issues with a particular media, such as a live event or video-on-demand (VOD), each media item is uniquely identified by its own media ID. This identification allows our tech and support team to promptly investigate and address any issues by referencing the corresponding Media ID in our logs.

Customer ID
To locate your customer ID (custID), simply log into Quickchannel and observe the six-digit customer ID displayed in the address bar.

Media ID
To find a media ID, navigate to the overview of the specific media, whether it's a video or a live event, and inspect the address bar for the corresponding ID. Note that customer ID always shows in the address bar together with the media-ID.
