Adding sources

You can add up to 6 stream into the event and set up a variety of layouts. The layouts support different amount of sources that it can display.

Equal (6 sources): This layout will divide the screen space evenly between sources

Prioritised (4 sources): This layout puts one source in the spotlight, with the others being placed on the side with equal space

Picture in picture (2 sources): This layout places the second source inside a window in the corner of the main source

Add source
- add any camera and microphone built in, or connected to your computer to add in as a source that can be added to the stream.
Add studio channel (rtmp)
- You can add an additional RTMP source channel to your account, which can be mixed into your Live Studio event. Keep in mind that a Live Studio event requires at least one live channel. If you add more RTMP channels during the event, additional live channels must be available on your account.

Note: Channels that you want to add inside Live Studio must be setup as Push (Mirrored). More information on how to set up a mirrored channel can be found in this article

To add an rtmp feed, press "Add studio channel". Here you will see your available channels.

After selecting the one you wish to use, press "Add selected".
The channel should now be visible in your sources.

Note that the channel has to have an active stream ingested to it before you can add it.

Share screen - add a browser tab, an app on your computer or your whole screen. Note: Sharing screen with audio is only available when sharing a browser tab or when sharing an entire screen.

Inviting guest presenters

In the source panel, click "Invite presenters".

This will open up the next window, where you add the email of the presenter.

You can add several at a time.

Once the presenter attempts to join the event you will receive a notification to let them in.
Important: If a guest presenter is removed as a source by the administrator, their invite link will become invalid. To rejoin the event later, the guest will need to receive a new invitation.

Layout example:

After joining, guest presenters will be visible under the source panel, under the guest presenter section.

To add them into the stream, add the input to the appropriate box within the layout.
