The Email notifications page lets you configure the emails sent to viewers before and after registered live events.

Use this page to customize registration confirmations, event reminders and follow-up emails.

Go to Settings → Email notifications.

Email sender alias

The Email sender alias controls the name viewers see as the sender of your event emails.

The sender address is provided by Quickchannel, while the alias can be customized to match your organization or event.

Do not enter an email address in this field.

Live event emails

Quickchannel can automatically send emails at different stages of a live event.

Available notifications include:

• Live event registration confirmation – sent at the time of registration
• Live event reminder: 1 week before – sent one week before the event
• Live event reminder: 1 day before – sent one day before the event
• Live event reminder: 1 hour before – sent one hour before the event
• Live event reminder: Starting now – sent 15 minutes before the event
• Thank you for attending – sent one day after the event

Use the toggle next to each notification to enable or disable it.

Customize and preview emails

Select Edit email to customize the content of a notification.

Use Preview to see how the email will appear to recipients.
