Media List

The Media List provides an overview of your uploaded videos and live streams. From here, you can find, filter and manage media, access common actions and make changes to multiple media at once.

To open the Media List, select Media in Console.

Finding Media

The Media List displays 20, 40 or 60 items per page.

Search

Use the search field to find media by:

• Title
• Description
• Tags
• Original filename

Advanced Filters

Select the Filter button to display additional filtering options.

Advanced Filters let you narrow the Media List, for example by showing media from a specific category.

Quick Filters

You can save a search and its filter settings for later use.

1. Apply the search and filters you want.
2. Select Save Filter.
3. Use the Quick Filters dropdown to apply the saved filter again.

Note: Quick Filters are saved per user and are not shared with other users on the account.

Media Actions

The Actions column provides shortcuts to common media operations, including:

• Sharing a quick link
• Getting the embed code
• Starting a Video Editor project
• Accessing media settings
• Removing media

The Media List also displays media visibility and other relevant information.

Bulk Actions

Bulk Actions let you make changes to multiple media at the same time.

Select the checkbox next to each item you want to manage. To select all media on the current page, use the checkbox at the top of the list.

A toolbar appears at the bottom of the screen with the following actions:
