Finding Media

The Media List contains all your uploaded videos and live streams. It can show 20, 40 or 60 videos per page. You can learn more about the search function in Search media article.

From any page inside Console, press Media.

From here you can quickly see your media under Actions you can share a quick link, embed code, start an editor project, see if moderation is turned on/off or edit the media.

Bulk Actions

It is also possible to edit multiple media simultaneously using bulk actions.

You can select one or more media by checking the box next to the ones you wish to edit. Checking the box at the top will select all media on the page. Once selected a gray bar that contains various settings will appear in the bottom of the screen.

• Category changes the category of the media.
• Collections allows You to store Your photos in a specific collection to categorize them.
• Tags changes the tags of the media.
• Owner allows you to change ownership of the media.
• Moderation allows You to change the level of moderation
• Feature puts the media in the spotlight on the videosite
• Download all media, together with metadata and subtitles/audio into a zip file.
• Remove deletes the media permanently.
