The Information tab provides technical details about your media, including available formats, file information, storage usage and audience participation data.

Go to Media, select a video and open the Information tab.

Formats

The Formats section displays the original file and the transcoded formats generated for playback.

For each available format, you can view information such as resolution, frame rate, bitrate and file size.

Click the download icon to download an available format.

Important: Download links should not be used for streaming or embedding videos.
Instead, use the Embed Code or Quick Link options.

Details

The Details section displays information about the uploaded media, including:

• User who uploaded the file
• Upload and processing dates
• Original filename, resolution, frame rate, duration and file size
• Total storage usage
• Total views

Audience Participation Data

For Live and Live Studio events, the Audience Participation Data section provides access to downloadable event-related data, when available:

• Chat – Chat messages from the event.
• Call-to-action – Data from call-to-action interactions.
• Polls – Results from polls conducted during the event.
• Participants – Participant data from the event.
• Event report – A downloadable PDF summarizing participation, engagement and interactivity.

The available files depend on which features were used during the event.

Use the download icon to download available data. Where a delete icon is displayed, you can also delete the stored data.

Deleting data can help you manage personal information in accordance with your organization's data retention policies and GDPR requirements.
